The other day on a road trip home the kids asked me to tell them riddles. I tried to make some up on the spot and failed big time. Now, inspired by Valentine’s Day, I tried my hand at a few science related riddles. I hope these help you chuckle while celebrating February 14th 🤣 (and even try out a few experiments to test out the answers)!
1. Riddle: What kind of flowers does a solar system like? Answer: Sunflowers
2. Riddle: What kind of Valentine candy does a galaxy like? Answer: A Milky Way
3. Riddle: What did the two anthophilias say to each other? Answer: “Bee” Mine
4. Riddle: What has 2 arms, 2 wings, 10 legs, and 2 tails? Answer: Cupid holding two cats

6. Riddle: What can you do in a lab and have on a date? Answer: Chemistry

8. Riddle: What lives in a box and come from a bean, hot in the winter but solid in spring, and it’s even a good source of caffeine. Answer: Chocolate
9. Riddle: What goes thump and is a body’s pump? Answer: A heart
