If you are looking for a place to have a kid birthday party look no further than Little Beakers. Allie had an absolutely amazing time for her 6th birthday. They performed 5 amazing experiments and made the birthday girl feel so special! But the best part was that they took care of the experiments and cleanup and all I needed to provide was the cake and party favors.
So a few days before the party I was perusing Pinterest for party favor ideas and found this. I’ve always heard how amazing this ivory soap experiment is but I had to check it out for myself before I packaged them up for our guests!
Here is my first ever experiment with ivory soap caught on video so you can see how awesome it is!
These favors turned out to be super affordable too. You cut the soap into thirds for each favor so $3.50 for 24 favors…not bad! I popped a piece of soap in a bag and put a topper on top. Voila!
I’ve provided my topper file so that you can edit it and make your very own science party favors! Click —-> here <——for the file.
Just in case you were wondering the cake was inspired by this post. I bought the cake from Kroger and made the molecule cake topper from gumballs and straw.
What do you think of having a Science birthday party for your daughter? This was truly an unforgettable experience!
Have an amazing Spring break and I’ll see you back here in a few weeks!
